About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Content Manager to oversee the planning, production, and delivery of video content across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you'll work closely with producers, editors, cinematographers, motion designers, and clients to ensure every project is delivered on time while maintaining the highest creative standards.

You'll manage production schedules, coordinate post-production workflows, organize media assets, and help shape content strategies for commercial campaigns, branded films, and social media content. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands modern content marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the production calendar for commercial, branded, and social media video projects.

  • Coordinate with creative teams including producers, directors, editors, and motion designers throughout production.

  • Organize project assets, footage, deliverables, and client feedback using cloud-based collaboration tools.

  • Develop content strategies tailored for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta.

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all client campaigns and internal marketing content.

  • Collaborate with account managers to communicate project updates and production milestones.

  • Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on audience engagement and campaign results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • 2+ years of experience managing digital or video content in a creative agency, production company, or marketing environment.

  • Strong understanding of video production workflows from pre-production through post-production.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or DaVinci Resolve workflows is considered a strong advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment while managing competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with commercial productions or branded content.

  • Understanding of social media trends, content optimization, and analytics.

  • Knowledge of digital asset management systems.

  • Basic understanding of photography, cinematography, and post-production terminology.
